Edward Nalbandian chaired CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers' meeting

On December 21, Foreign Minister of Armenia, Chairman of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Council of Foreign Ministers, chaired the Foreign Ministers’ meeting of the Organization.

The ministers reflected on the process of implementation of decisions made at the session of the Collective Security Council in September 2015. During the session, ministers agreed upon a range of draft documents on the agenda of Collective Security Council to proceed during the second half of the day.

Foreign Ministers of CSTO states adopted draft statement of the Collective Security Council on fight against international terrorism.

Nikolai Bordyuzha, CSTO Secretary-General briefed the participants of the session about the current activities of the Organization, results achieved through cooperation. Rotation issues of the high-ranking officials of the CSTO statutory bodies were on the agenda of the meeting.
